In April 2021, the municipal district administration and the contractor signed a contract for construction work. The work had to be completed by September 1, 2022. At the same time, the deadline for the completion of the work was extended by an additional agreement until November 15, 2022. At the same time, according to the results of the prosecutor's inspection conducted in September 2022, a violation of the originally agreed deadline for the completion of work was found. In this regard, the contractor's official was brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Part 7 of Article 7.32 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
On May 31, public discussions of the control and supervisory activities of the Tatarstan Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia took place in Kazan, where the practice in the field of state and municipal procurement, control of authorities, advertising and subjects of natural monopolies was presented.
In accordance with Federal Law No. 124-FL dated 05/29/2024, signed by the President of the Russian Federation, some provisions of Law No. 44-FL are being adjusted. The Federal Treasury reminds federal recipients of budgetary funds about the expiration of deadlines for payment of monetary obligations under state contracts for the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services, which, in accordance with the terms of these contracts, are subject to payment in the reporting financial year due to the limits of budgetary obligations for these purposes brought to them in accordance with the established procedure.
Since September 1, 2024, bicycle products are marked without fail. For some types of medical products, a pilot project on labeling with identification tools will start from this date.

On May 26 of this year, a new Article 6.1-1 of Law No. 275-FL will enter into force, providing for the creation of a federal product cataloging system for federal needs designed to provide information to government customers, lead performers and performers regarding technical and qualitative characteristics, operating conditions of supplies, their developers, manufacturers and suppliers during formation, placement and the fulfillment of the state defense order. In particular, a federal catalog of products for federal needs is being introduced (hereinafter referred to as the Catalog), which must be applied by government customers, lead contractors and executors when forming, placing and executing state defense orders.
The Ministry of Finance has prepared draft amendments to Law No. 44-FL. The Agency proposes to supplement article 15 with new rules on procurement by budgetary, autonomous institutions and unitary enterprises.
