On May 30-31, Kaliningrad hosts the IV Baltic Interregional Conference: "Trends and prospects for the development of the contract system"

The following issues are discussed during the conference: the development of the contract system under sanctions; best regional practices on digitalization and centralization of procurement activities; topical issues of law enforcement practice in the implementation of No. 44-FZ dated 04/05/2013.

Presentations are made by representatives of federal authorities – the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Federal Treasury, the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.

Specialists from various regions of Russia, including representatives of the Joint-Stock Company "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan" and Acting Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Procurement Iskander Bagautdinov, gathered in the Kaliningrad region to discuss the specifics of procurement activities and contract execution under sanctions. He noted: "The development of the contract system in modern conditions requires non-standard solutions and approaches, therefore, the interaction of all authorities is especially important, as well as the opportunity to share experience with colleagues from other regions plays an important role."
