Applications from two participants were received for participation in the procurement conducted by the customer, taking into account the provisions of Law No. 223-FZ. Based on the results of consideration of applications, only one of the participants was allowed to participate in the procurement, in connection with which the purchase was declared invalid in accordance with the provisions of the procurement documentation, and the customer decided not to conclude a contract with the only admitted participant.

By virtue of the provisions established by paragraph Article 131 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, translators, specialists and experts receive remuneration for work performed by them on behalf of the tax authority, if this work is not included in the scope of their official duties.

In a letter prepared by specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, in particular, it is noted that according to paragraph 1 of the additional requirements for an independent guarantee approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1005 dated 11/08/2013, an independent guarantee must be drawn up according to standard forms and under the conditions defined by civil legislation and Article 45 of Law No. 44-FZ, taking into account the relevant additional requirements.

In accordance with Federal Law No. 124-FL signed by the President of the Russian Federation dated 29.05.2024, a number of provisions of Law No. 44-FL have been adjusted.
