Requirements have been established for individual goods to be classified as domestic industrial products for public procurement purposes
The Government of the Russian Federation has supplemented with appropriate notes the appendix to Resolution No. 719 dated 07/17/2015 "On Confirmation of Production of industrial products on the Territory of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 719). In particular, the requirements for products in order to classify them as manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation for procurement under Law No. 44-FL are established for certain types of agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, equipment for sports facilities, furniture and woodworking products, etc.
These changes come into force on August 17 of this year, while the conclusions on the confirmation of the production of industrial products on the territory of the Russian Federation in respect of products included in sections II, III, V, VII, XI and XVII of the requirements approved by Resolution No. 719, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation before the specified date, will be valid until the end of the established period their actions.
Recall that Resolution No. 719 is applied, among other things, in order to ensure the implementation of prohibitions, restrictions and conditions for the admission of foreign goods to purchases in accordance with Part 3 and part 4 of Article 14 of Law No. 44-FL.
