The Agency wants to bring the standard contract for the supply of medicines for medical use in accordance with the current legislation on the contract system. Public discussion of the project ends on October 1.
 

The winner of the electronic auction for the purchase of an apartment was sent to sign a draft contract. The customer included the information provided in the application. At the signing stage, the winner found a typo: the apartment number in the application was incorrect. He sent the Protocol of disagreements in which asked the customer to correct an error and to specify correct number of the apartment. However, he was refused, citing the fact that such actions violate the Law N 44-FZ.
 

On July 1, the new part 17.1 of article 95 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "on the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs"came into force. It allows the customer, in the event of termination of the contract with the winner of a competitive procurement, to conclude a contract with the second participant in this procurement.

Customer on the basis of subp. "b". 2 h. 3 of article 66 of Law No. 44-FZ rejected the application of a number of electronic auctions due to the fact that the application was not provided information regarding specific indicators of "Electrical life" and "Mechanical wear" product, which was supposed to work.
 

EMERCOM of Russia according to part 11 of Art. 34 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" and item 2 of Rules of development of standard conditions of contracts (approved. resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2014 № 606) submitted a draft of the relevant departmental order.
 

The state Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on purchases, Republican Agency for press and mass communications "Tatmedia" and the State unitary enterprise RT "procurement development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan" hold a Republican contest for the best coverage in mass media of questions of functioning of the contract system in procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs.

The government approved a resolution on which to pay for contracts concluded with small and medium-sized businesses will have faster. Entrepreneurs will receive money within 15 working days (not 30 calendar days, as now). The term will be reduced for all situations:

September 28 will void the Order of Ministry of Finance of Russia from 24.11.2014 N 136н. This date will work, with the exception of certain provisions, the new order of formation and direction information for registry contracts. The basic rules will not change, but there are notable innovations.

From September 25, the rules will come into effect, according to which the auction participants will transfer to the operators of electronic platforms the documents confirming compliance with additional requirements. Otherwise, they will not be able to apply for participation in the procurement. The procedure will apply to purchases, notices of which will be placed in the EIS after the specified date.
