The Ministry of health plans to update the standard contract for the supply of drugs with the amendments to the Law N 44-FZ
The Agency wants to bring the standard contract for the supply of medicines for medical use in accordance with the current legislation on the contract system. Public discussion of the project ends on October 1.
In particular, taking into account the may amendments, the provisions on the enforcement of the contract will be adjusted. For example, there will be a variant of the condition for the situation when the bidder for small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations is exempt from the obligation to provide security.
Change the provisions on liability of the parties. They will take into account the new rules for determining penalties for improper performance of the contract. Thus, there will be a variant of the penalty conditions for contracts concluded on the basis of purchases from small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations
In addition, the Ministry of health has developed a sample application for (sample) of goods. You will need to submit it when purchasing drugs with an unknown volume. Recall that customers will be able to carry out such purchases from October 1.
