From September 25, the rules will come into effect, according to which the auction participants will transfer to the operators of electronic platforms the documents confirming compliance with additional requirements. Otherwise, they will not be able to apply for participation in the procurement. The procedure will apply to purchases, notices of which will be placed in the EIS after the specified date.
The participant will have to fill in a form on the electronic platform. It should specify:
your number on the unified register of procurement participants;
position number from the Appendix N 1 to the Resolution N 99;
the price of the executed contract (contract), which confirms the experience;
information confirming the succession (if any).
TIN and information about the name of the participant will be generated automatically. The form will need to attach copies of documents confirming compliance with additional requirements. These can be, for example, scans of paper documents.
The operator will have five working days to check. In placement of information in the register of participants will refuse, in particular, if the submitted documents (their copies) will not correspond to the list given in the Appendix N 1 to the Resolution N 99. However, the participant will be able to send the documents again after the shortcomings have been eliminated.
