Standard contracts for the installation and maintenance of fire safety systems have been prepared
EMERCOM of Russia according to part 11 of Art. 34 of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" and item 2 of Rules of development of standard conditions of contracts (approved. resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of July 2, 2014 № 606) submitted a draft of the relevant departmental order.
In particular, in accordance with the document it is expected to approve:
standard contract for the provision of services for the installation of systems (tools, installations) of fire safety of buildings and structures for state and municipal needs;
standard contract for the provision of services for the maintenance of systems (facilities, installations) of fire safety of buildings and structures for state and municipal needs;
standard contract for the supply of fire-technical products for state and municipal needs;
information cards of the specified standard contracts.
It is expected that these model contracts will be applied by customers when drafting the contract in case of procurement of works, appropriate codes for ОКПД2 and ОКВЭД2 43, for any size n.
Let us recall that standard contracts are developed and approved by the Federal Executive authorities, Rosatom state Corporation, Roscosmos state Corporation, placed in the UIS and make up a library of standard contracts, standard contract terms.
