A new procedure for the formation and direction of information for the register of contracts was approved
September 28 will void the Order of Ministry of Finance of Russia from 24.11.2014 N 136н. This date will work, with the exception of certain provisions, the new order of formation and direction information for registry contracts. The basic rules will not change, but there are notable innovations.
In a different way will be formed information about the object of purchase. Among other things, in the "Electronic budget" system it will be necessary to specify the code of the object of purchase in the catalog of goods, works and services (if available). This code will automatically generate information in the system:
about the name of object of purchase;
codes and names of positions at ОКПД2;
data by unit of measure;
characteristics of the object of purchase.
From October 1, when forming information about the contract price, it will be necessary to reflect the amount of the advance on a separate stage of the contract execution (if the stages and advance payment are provided for them).
From this date, another innovation is introduced: if the court finds the contract invalid, it will need to be reflected in the system.
