The Ministry of sport proposed to revise the limit values of the significance of the criteria for evaluating applications for the purchase of sports equipment and inventory. If the changes are approved, the cost criteria will be not less than 40%, and the non-cost criteria-not more than 60%.

Under the new conditions, the cost per unit of goods was higher (27.5 rubles instead of 16.6 rubles). The customer demanded to recover the difference from the supplier under the terminated contract.
