The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, in accordance with subparagraph "a" of paragraph 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 08/22/2022 N 1478 and paragraph 2 of the Rules approved by the said resolution, approved an industry action plan to ensure the readiness of customers engaged in procurement in accordance with Federal Law N 223 (with the exception of organizations with municipal participation), to the use of Russian software, including as part of software and hardware complexes, on the significant objects of the critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation belonging to them.

The application for the purchase of design works was rejected for non-compliance with additional requirements. The customer made this decision because the participant submitted, among other things, an act of services rendered instead of an act of work performed to confirm the experience.

Members of a construction self-regulatory organization with the first level of responsibility will be able to carry out construction, reconstruction, overhaul and demolition of capital construction facilities in the amount of no more than 90 million rubles. under one contract. Now the price of works for this level is no higher than 60 million rubles.

Part 1 of Article 93 of Federal Law No. 44 from July 1, 2024 has been supplemented with a new paragraph 6.1, which provides for the possibility of procurement by executive authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation by state institutions of the subject of the Russian Federation, municipal institutions of municipalities that are part of the subject of the Russian Federation from a single counterparty
