The maximum amount of obligations at the first level of a construction self-regulatory organization will be increased from August 15, 2023
Members of a construction self-regulatory organization with the first level of responsibility will be able to carry out construction, reconstruction, overhaul and demolition of capital construction facilities in the amount of no more than 90 million rubles. under one contract. Now the price of works for this level is no higher than 60 million rubles.
They will also adjust the maximum amount of obligations of a member of a self-regulatory organization under construction contracts that are concluded at auction. The cumulative limit for the first level of responsibility will be increased from 60 million to 90 million rubles.
The minimum amounts of contributions to compensation funds for damages and securing contractual obligations will not increase.
