The list of cases in which a contract can be concluded in any form has been expanded
The requirements to the terms of the contract provided for in parts 4 - 9, 11 - 13 of Article 34 of Federal Law No. 44 may not be applied by customers, including in the case of purchases from a single counterparty in accordance with paragraph 56 of part 1 of Article 93 of Federal Law No. 44. The relevant amendments made to part 15 of Article 34 of Federal Law No. 44 will come into force on August 15 of this year.
Recall that, in accordance with paragraph 56 of part 1 of Article 93 of Federal Law No. 44, purchases from a single counterparty for the purpose of conducting a special military operation, performing special tasks to ensure the defense and security of the state, including countering terrorism, can be carried out by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, subordinate institutions and unitary enterprises, other federal entities determined by the Government of the Russian Federation executive authorities. The relevant lists of goods, works, and services are approved by the heads of these ministries and departments.
