Representatives of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the interregional procurement conference in Cheboksary

From August 9 to 10, 2023, Cheboksary, the capital of the Chuvash Republic, hosted an interregional conference on the topic "Contract system in the face of new challenges", which was attended by about 500 representatives of executive authorities and procurement specialists from different parts of Russia. 
The event was attended by certified experts in the field of procurement, representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, experts in anti-corruption expertise, First Deputy Head of the Main Control Department of the Moscow Region O.G. Dyachenko, Head of the Service of the Republic of Chuvashia for Competition Policy and Tariffs Nadezhda Kolebanova. The speakers shared with the conference participants their own experience and safe and effective solutions in the field of procurement and the application of anti-crisis measures under sanctions.
The topics of the conference were innovations in the field of state and municipal procurement, aspects of law enforcement practice, effective solutions taking into account the current practice of inspections of regulatory authorities. Special attention within the framework of the business program was paid to the transition to a structured contract, autopayments in procurement.
Oleg Dyachenko, First Deputy Head of the Main Control Department of the Moscow Region, shared in detail with the conference participants the digital solutions of the Moscow Region in terms of digitalization of the description of the procurement object and the initial (maximum) contract price.
The Republic of Tatarstan was represented by employees of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan - Anastasia Surkova, Head of the Centralized Procurement Department, and Alexandra Spassova, a leading adviser to the Department of Methodological Support of Procurement, who asked questions to federal experts, exchanged experience in conducting procurement procedures, in particular, centralization of procurement. "Holding events of this level, exchange of experience, discussion of problems in the procurement sector and joint search for solutions to them certainly help the development of the procurement sector of both the Republic of Tatarstan and Russia as a whole," Alexandra Spasova said.
