Information about the planned electronic auction was posted by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On August 12, a specialized zonal seminar for public procurement specialists will be held in Naberezhnye Chelny. Organizational issues of the upcoming event were discussed today at a meeting at the Tatarstan State Procurement Committee.
Starting from July 19, 2025, the GIS UIS PROCUREMENT optimized the procedure for placing information in the contract register about the payment by the customer to the supplier of an advance payment, delivered goods, work performed, and services provided for in subparagraph "b" of paragraph 11 of the Rules for Maintaining the Contract Register approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 60 dated 01/27/2022.

From January 1, 2026, customers concluding contracts under paragraph 9 of part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ (emergency purchases from a single supplier) will have to indicate in the register of contracts the specific basis for concluding the contract. This procedure is provided for in the draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation prepared by the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
The Executive Committee of the Cheremshansky rural settlement of the Republic of Tatarstan will purchase a tractor "Belarus 320.4M" or a similar unit. An electronic auction for the supply of equipment has been announced by the RT State Procurement Committee.
