Organizations and individual entrepreneurs using the simplified taxation system, when carrying out operations for the sale of goods (works, services), should not draw up and issue invoices to buyers.

The Government of the Russian Federation has established special rules for the approval by the Bank of Russia of purchases of foreign software for the purpose of its use at significant facilities of critical information infrastructure, as well as purchases of services necessary for the use of software at such facilities by customers under Federal Law No. 223, which are credit and non-credit financial organizations.

The regional administration commission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia satisfied the customer's request to include information about the counterparty in the register of unscrupulous suppliers due to the latter's failure to fulfill obligations under the contract.
