In September 2025, the capital of Tatarstan will host the first All-Russian Conference of educational organizations in the field of procurement. The event will be held on September 10-11, organized by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the Union of Purchasers of Russia.

JSC "The Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan has opened its doors to participants of a new educational course on procurement in accordance with federal laws No. 44-FZ and No. 223-FZ.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the holding of six electronic auctions for the supply of vehicles totaling more than 137 million rubles.

On July 22, the State Duma in the third (final) reading adopted a bill that amends Article 95 of Law No. 44-FZ.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted information on holding an open tender for the provision of services for the organization and conduct of additional general educational programs in the form of seminars for managers and specialists of chambers of property and land relations of municipalities of Tatarstan. The client is the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic.

The Tatarstan Petrochemical Forum-2025 will be held at the Kazan-Expo Exhibition Center from August 26 to 28. It will become an important platform for discussing topical issues of the industry, presenting innovative solutions, as well as establishing business contacts between representatives of business, science and government agencies.

According to the results of the first six months of 2025, the Republic of Tatarstan ranked third in Russia in terms of purchases from small and medium-sized businesses. The total amount of contracts between government customers and SMEs in the region exceeded 250 billion rubles, which is 25 billion rubles more than in the same period last year.

At the Ural Forum of Contractual Relations, Dmitry Bombyr, Head of the Department for State Order Placement Control at the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, presented a detailed review of law enforcement practice on the application of the national procurement regime. Special attention is paid to widespread violations in the implementation of Resolution No. 1875, which regulates restrictions, prohibitions and conditions for the admission of goods of foreign origin.
