The procedure for issuing documents confirming the country of origin of goods for the purposes of public procurement in the territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union has been defined

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia has approved the Regulation on the procedure for issuing documents confirming the country of origin of Certain Types of Goods for the purposes of state (municipal) procurement on the territory of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation). The regulation, in particular, defines the conditions and features of issuing CT-1 certificates, including the list and procedure for submitting to the authorized Chamber of Commerce and Industry the documents required to obtain the specified certificate, the procedure for issuing the certificate. The forms of documents issued for the purpose of issuing the CT -1 certificate have also been approved.

In addition, the Regulation defines the procedure for the issuance by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia of examination certificates confirming the fulfillment of conditions, production and technological operations during the production of industrial goods, during which the goods are considered to originate from the Russian Federation or other member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Recall that the presence of the certificate CT -1 is the basis for issuing an opinion on the confirmation of the production of industrial products on the territory of the Russian Federation in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 17.07.2015 N 719 "On the confirmation of the production of industrial products on the territory of the Russian Federation", on the basis of which information about products is entered in the register of Russian industrial products provided for by the resolution Government of the Russian Federation No. 616 dated April 30, 2020.
