The State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Procurement exchanged experience in the field of procurement with a delegation from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)
From October 11 to 13, 2023, as part of the exchange of experience, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, with the organizational support of the Agency for State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC, received a delegation from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The delegation included Svetlana Antonova, Head of the Municipal Procurement Department of the Yakutsk District Administration, specialists of contract services of customers of various levels, as well as representatives of the control and audit bodies of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
In addition to familiarization with the practice of procurement in the Republic of Tatarstan, 11 procurement specialists from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) took advanced training courses on 44-FZ in JSC "Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan".
In addition, as part of the business program, a meeting was held with the Chairman of the State Procurement Committee Ruslan Sabirov. He noted: "Of course, when our experience in procurement activities is evaluated and adopted by other regions, it gives an incentive to move on and take further actions to improve the procurement system. We are ready to exchange experience and thank the Sakha Republic for their trust and choice."
The guests from Yakutia highly appreciated the level of organization of the procurement system in the Republic of Tatarstan, and also compared work experience and highlighted best practices. "I want to express my great gratitude to the organizers for the warm welcome, the Procurement Development Center, lecturers and the leadership of the State Committee – for the well-structured training, the opportunity to exchange experiences. And the capital of Tatarstan itself - the city of Kazan - left us only positive impressions and admiration," said Svetlana Antonova, Head of the Municipal Procurement Department of the Yakutsk District Administration.
