The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, in accordance with subparagraph "e" of paragraph 4 of the annex to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 No. 1062 "Issues of military-technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states", approved the Procedure for the formation and maintenance of a list of sole suppliers of military products appointment from among organizations - developers and manufacturers of military products related to the scope of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (hereinafter - the Procedure).

The customer has established in the procurement the requirement to provide samples of goods when submitting bids. They were non-refundable and non-refundable. Without them, the applications were rejected.

In their letter, the specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation answered a number of questions that customers have when making purchases, according to the results of which a contract with counter investment obligations is concluded.

On December 1, 2022, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with a delegation from the Republic of Tyva headed by Acting First Deputy Minister of the Republic of Tyva for regulation of the contract system in the field of procurement Saryg-ool Mergen Yurievich.

Thus, it is planned to extend the procedure for changing contracts for the repair and (or) maintenance of federal public roads for 2023 (subparagraph "a" of paragraph 1 of the project).
