The parties entered into a contract for the supply of cheese. During its execution, the manufacturer said that the goods had risen in price due to sanctions. The supplier sent the customer a quotation with an increased cost for certain items and asked to increase the price.

The customer purchased maintenance works and established additional requirements. The participant's application was rejected, since the submitted contract with acts of work performed had the status of "execution" in the Unified Information System. According to additional requirements, experience will confirm only the executed contract.

From December 1, foreign agents will not be able to participate in public procurement and procurement of certain types of legal entities.

In 2023, under a special rule, they want to allow the parties to agree to change the terms of the contract for federal needs on advance payments.

The Ministry of Digital Development proposed to reject the rest of the applications if at least one has a program that simultaneously (subparagraph "c" of paragraph 1 of the draft amendments):

- responds to the notice;

- meets the additional requirements for programs for an electronic computer and databases, information about which is in the unified register of Russian Software.

The parties agreed on the manufacture of prostheses. Under the terms of the purchase, the contractor was required to have a license for medical activities. He also had to provide a number of medical services before making a prosthesis: an examination by a doctor, taking casts, etc. The contractor did not provide it, so the customer refused the contract.

The participant in the procurement of services complained that the contract was not taken into account to evaluate his experience.

On December 1, 2022, in order to support small and medium-sized businesses and improve the efficiency of public procurement, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Procurement Development Center of the Republic of Tatarstan JSC invites entrepreneurs, representatives of sales departments to a free seminar "Formula for participation in public procurement 2.0".

During the preparation of the project documentation, the contractor revealed that the scope of work differs from the terms of the procurement. He suspended the execution and asked the customer to agree on additional work or terminate the deal by agreement.

On November 15, in the second reading, the draft was adopted, including the expansion of the list of information for the procurement notice.
