The procedure for the implementation of banking support of contracts has been clarified
According to the new paragraph 4, paragraph 2 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 20.09.2014 No. 963 "On the implementation of banking support of contracts", the Rules for the implementation of Banking support of contracts approved by this resolution (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) do not apply, including with respect to contracts for which funds are subject to treasury support. In addition, the contracts specified in paragraph 3 of subparagraph "a" and paragraph 2 of subparagraph "b" of paragraph 3 of Resolution No. 963, the price of which exceeds 10 billion rubles, have been withdrawn from the Rules, concluded with a single counterparty on the basis of acts issued in accordance with paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Article 93 of Federal Law No. 44.
These changes will come into force on September 22 of this year.
