The forms of documents necessary for the formation of a list of medical devices and food products purchased in a simplified manner are proposed
Specialists of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in order to implement the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 22, 2023 N 1368 developed a draft application forms necessary for the formation and updating of the list of medical devices, specialized medical nutrition products necessary for prescribing to a patient for medical reasons (individual intolerance, for vital indications) by the decision of the medical commission, which is recorded in the patient's medical documentation and the journal of the medical commission, in the description of which when making purchases for state and for municipal needs, it is allowed to indicate the trademark (hereinafter - the List). In particular, in order to include products in the list, the applicant will need to indicate in the relevant application, including the type code, the name of the type of medical device or a group of specialized medical nutrition products, as well as information justifying the inclusion of a type of medical device and (or) a group of specialized medical nutrition products in the List.
Recall that the use of trademark indications in the description of the object of purchase is allowed, including in the case of the purchase of medical devices, specialized medical nutrition products necessary for prescribing to the patient for medical reasons (individual intolerance, for vital indications) by the decision of the medical commission, which is recorded in the patient's medical documentation and the journal of the medical commission. The list of the specified medical devices, specialized medical nutrition products and the procedure for its formation are approved by the Government of the Russian Federation (subparagraph "d" of paragraph 1 of part 1 of Article 33 of Federal Law No. 44).
