The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia has approved the Regulation on the procedure for issuing documents confirming the country of origin of Certain Types of Goods for the purposes of state (municipal) procurement on the territory of the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Specialists of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia noted that the information from the catalog of the state information system of industry (https://gisp.gov.ru/goods /#/) may contain different information from that entered in the register of Russian industrial products (https://gisp.gov.ru/pp719v2/pub/prod /), and be of an introductory nature.

The parties agreed to supply medical products at the request of the customer. During the execution of the transaction, the supplier received no requests. The contract was about to expire, so the counterparty did not wait and sent the entire batch of goods by courier.

Deputies of the State Duma in the first reading adopted a bill providing for the expansion of the list of cases of procurement from a single counterparty, established by part 1 of Article 93 of Federal Law No. 44.

In connection with the publication of resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation of 08.04.2023 N 572 "On approval of standard conditions of contracts for the repair of highways, artificial road structures" and of 29.06.2023 N 1066 "On standard conditions of contracts for the construction, reconstruction, overhaul, demolition of the capital construction object" the order was declared invalid Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 37 dated 05.02.2019 "On Approval of Standard Terms of contracts for construction (Reconstruction), Capital Repairs, repair of highways, artificial road structures and an information map of standard contract terms".

In the letter prepared by the specialists of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, it is noted that the deadline for the execution of the contract specified in the notification is a period that includes a set of measures implemented after the conclusion of the contract, including acceptance and payment by the customer of the result of the execution of the contract.

The III Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan is being held in the capital of Tatarstan.
