Long-term government contracts: it was proposed to clarify prices at which the terms of a number of transactions can be changed

They plan to allow customers to change:

• regional and municipal offset contracts – with an initial maximum contract price of 100 million rubles. and higher;

• regional contracts for regular transportation of passengers and baggage with an initial maximum contract price of 10 million rubles. and higher, municipal contracts with an initial maximum contract price of 100 thousand rubles. and higher.

Let us remind you that customers can exercise this right if:

• regional transaction is concluded for a period of 3 years, municipal – from 1 year;

• the contract cannot be executed without adjustment for reasons beyond the control of the parties;

• is a decision of the highest executive body of state power of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation or a local administration.

Public discussion of the project will be completed on July 10, 2024.
