Sole supplier: a concept for optimizing small-volume government procurement until 2027 has been published

From June 26, 2024, a concept was approved, which provides that small purchases will be transferred to electronic form and control will be extended to them. They also plan to determine for these purchases:

• uniform rules of conduct;

• a unified catalog of goods, which will contain a description taking into account digital passports of industrial products;

• uniform requirements for the functioning of information systems, their interaction and integration with each other;

• cases when small purchases can be made on paper.
