The maximum fees for participation in government procurement will be specified from July 13, 2024
When concluding a contract, operators of electronic platforms, as now, will be able to charge a fee of no more than 1% of the initial maximum contract price. In this case, the amount will not exceed:
• 5 thousand rubles. without value added tax (VAT) - if the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized enterprise or self-employed person when conducting a procurement on a general basis;
• 7.5 thousand rubles. without VAT - if the transaction is concluded with another participant during the procurement on a general basis. Now the limit for this case is 5 thousand rubles. without VAT.
For winners from among small businesses and socially oriented non-profit organizations, when purchasing only among these entities and organizations, the fee will not change.
