Permission for government procurement of foreign manufactured goods: a new procedure for issuing the document has been approved
From July 1, 2024, a new procedure for issuing permission to purchase imported goods from the list with a ban on admission has been in effect.
The mechanism for submitting applications for permits is the same, but there are also innovations, for example:
The application verification period was reduced from 7 to 5 working days. Inspectors were given only 1 working day to compare product parameters with domestic analogues;
There is no longer any need to report on the purchase of products. Previously, customers were required to post information about the results of the procurement in their personal account of the State Industrial Information System (GISP) no later than 10 working days after the conclusion of the contract.
The permit is still valid for 18 months from the date of issue and only applies to 1 purchase.
