The rules for maintaining the register of contracts and other documents in public procurement will change from July 9, 2024
The rules for maintaining the register of contracts specify that when information about the conclusion of a transaction is included in it, the name of the construction procurement object according to the estimate will begin to be indicated from January 1, 2026.
Amendments are also being made to the rules for monitoring compliance with the amount of funding. Checking draft agreements on changes to contracts for compliance with the source of financing and non-exceeding of the maximum advance amounts will begin on January 1, 2025.
The regulation on the procedure for the formation and placement of information and documents in the Unified Information System will stipulate that when a draft contract is formed in the system, the price of a unit of goods, work, or service is rounded according to mathematical rules to 11 digits after the decimal point.
