The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced three electronic auctions for the supply of office equipment and office paper for the GBU "Republican Center for Monitoring the Quality of Education" (RCMCO). The total initial (maximum) contract price is 249.5 million rubles.

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has issued clarifications on the application of sub-paragraphs "h" and "o" of paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Article 43 of Federal Law No. 44-FZ, which regulate the procedure for confirming the compliance of procurement participants with uniform requirements.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan announced the results of the work of the first one and a half months of 2026. During the reporting period, more than 5.6 thousand schedule plans were formed, about 2 thousand notices were posted and over 10 thousand contracts worth 24.9 billion rubles were concluded.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted information on holding an electronic auction for the provision of services for the organization and certification of guides (guides) and translation guides operating in the republic in 2026.

In 2026, 54 billion rubles are provided for the implementation of national projects in Tatarstan. The funds will come from the federal and republican budgets and will be concentrated on priority areas of development.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has developed draft amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1875 regulating the national regime under 44-FZ and 223-FZ. The document is aimed at supporting domestic manufacturers of mining equipment and stimulating demand for Russian industrial products.

By the end of 2025, the Republic of Tatarstan entered the top three regions of the Russian Federation with the largest number of MTK suppliers, second only to Moscow and St. Petersburg. The top five regions also included the Moscow Region, the Perm Territory, the Sverdlovsk Region, the Udmurt Republic and the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

During the period from February 2 to February 6, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan placed 14 new purchases totaling 62.03 million rubles.

According to the explanations of the FAS of Russia, from January 1, 2026, customers have the right to conclude several contracts for similar goods, works or services according to the rules of small purchases (clauses 4.5, Part 1, Article 93 44-FZ). This is acceptable if the established limits on price and annual volume of purchases are met.
