Since January 2026, the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has published 59 notices on procurement for public needs in the Unified Information System. The total amount of contracts exceeded 428 million rubles. This was announced today during the weekly meeting at the department.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia informs about changes in the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 719. The document introduces criteria for confirming Russian origin for composite materials used in construction and industry. The new rules will come into force on January 1, 2027.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has placed an electronic auction for the provision of technical support to GIS Unified Archival Information System of the Republic of Tatarstan (GIS EAIS) and IT infrastructure. 5.5 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Archival Affairs.

The Federal Antimonopoly Service reviewed the appeal (order no. 2026-16064) and provided clarifications on three topics.

The RT State Procurement Committee has placed an electronic auction for the provision of services to ensure the operation of a tourist information point in Kazan, as well as the operation of information desks at Kazan International Airport and in multifunctional areas on the M-12 highway. The customer is the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Tourism. The initial (maximum) contract price is 4.66 million rubles.

In a letter dated 01/21/2026, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation considered the issue of concluding a contract with a single supplier under clause 1, Part 1, Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ. The Agency confirmed that the use of the EIS in this case is the right, not the obligation of the customer.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has launched a series of electronic auctions for the supply of equipment. The customers are the Nizhnekamsk Children's Regional Hospital with a perinatal center and the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Unified Information System (UIS) provides for the possibility of canceling the procedure for concluding an electronic supplementary agreement at the stages of "Signing by the customer" and "Signing by the supplier". For this purpose, the document "Information on the cancellation of the procedure for concluding an additional agreement" is being formed.

The Government of the Russian Federation has approved additions to the lists of goods subject to national treatment measures under Resolution No. 1875.

The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced three electronic auctions for the supply of office equipment and office paper for the GBU "Republican Center for Monitoring the Quality of Education" (RCMCO). The total initial (maximum) contract price is 249.5 million rubles.
