Since the beginning of 2025, a new Government Decree No. 1875 has been in effect, which seriously changes the rules of the game for public procurement of computer equipment.

Small technology companies concluded 5.3 thousand contracts with state-owned companies for a total of 78.5 billion rubles as part of purchases under 223-FZ in the first half of 2025.
