The first All-Russian conference of educational organizations in the field of procurement will be held in Kazan
In September 2025, the capital of Tatarstan will host the first All-Russian Conference of educational organizations in the field of procurement. The event will be held on September 10-11, organized by the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the Union of Purchasers of Russia.
The main purpose of the forum is to discuss the state of the educational services market in the field of procurement, form common approaches to education, evaluate the quality of specialist training, develop recommendations for improving the educational process, and prepare draft decisions and proposals for referral to the authorities of the Russian Federation.
Among the main topics of the conference: assessment of the quality of educational programs and the rating of educational institutions, exchange of experience in training personnel for the field of procurement, the latest tools and methods of training specialists, the problems of procurement of educational services.
"The conference will be an important event for our professional environment. The need for constant updating of procurement competencies is obvious, and such events help to unite the efforts of experts, teachers and government representatives to develop a single standard of educational policy. It is important to understand that training must meet the realities of the modern market and ensure a high level of training for public procurement specialists," said Marat Ziatdinov, Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.
Representatives of regional and federal authorities overseeing the quality of continuing professional education and educational organizations providing educational services for procurement training are invited to participate in the educational event. Also among the participants are experts and procurement specialists, representatives of commercial and non—profit organizations.
The format of the event involves holding plenary sessions and discussion platforms to discuss the most pressing issues of the industry.
