Pension increase: to whom and how much will be added
Starting in August, the Social Fund of Russia will automatically recalculate insurance pensions for several categories of citizens: working pensioners; pensioners who have reached the age of 80 and people with disabilities; retired pensioners.
Protection from annoying ads and spam

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is launching the Antikartel state information system based on artificial intelligence. The system will automatically analyze 100% of state and municipal purchases, identifying signs of cartel collusion at an early stage.
Monitoring of teenagers' bank accounts
Starting from August 1, a teenager between the ages of 14 and 18 will need the written consent of a parent or guardian to open a bank account or issue a card.
GOST for school backpacks
A new national standard (GOST) is being introduced for school backpacks, which sets requirements for their weight and safety. The weight of an empty satchel for elementary school students should not exceed 700 grams, for high school students — 1 kg.
Trade: expansion of the Fair Sign system
Starting from August 1, a complete ban on the retail sale of clothing from the approved list without the "Fair Sign" label will be introduced. At the same time, the business has until October 31, 2025 to label all remaining goods in warehouses.
