In the third reading, the State Duma adopted a bill on amendments to Article 95 of Law No. 44-FZ
On July 22, the State Duma in the third (final) reading adopted a bill that amends Article 95 of Law No. 44-FZ.
The bill provides for the possibility of changing:
- the essential terms of the contract concluded with the sole supplier in accordance with paragraph 6 of part 1 of Article 93 of Law No. 44-FZ;
- the essential terms of the contract for the implementation of landscaping when changing the volume and (or) types of work performed by no more than ten percent of the contract price;
- the deadline for the execution of the construction control contract in the event that the deadline for the completion of construction, reconstruction, or major repairs is changed without changing other essential terms of the contract.
The changes are expected to take effect on 01.01.2026.
