The State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan has posted an open electronic tender for conducting a sociological study, the purpose of which is to assess the satisfaction of Tatarstan citizens with the quality of social services provided by various types of organizations in the region. The budget of the event will be over 1.4 million rubles.

The project contractor must conduct a survey of at least 5,000 adult citizens of Tatarstan from 20 municipalities, including major cities such as Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. The questionnaires will cover five main sectors of social infrastructure: education, healthcare, culture, physical education and sports, and social protection.

"The customer of the study is the Center for Economic and Social Research of Tatarstan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic. The work needs to be completed by the end of 2025," said Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee.

The main tasks are to identify problem areas in the functioning of social institutions, to study the attitude of the population towards the use of electronic public services and to identify recommendations for improving the efficiency of social sector organizations.

The final result should be an analytical report containing a detailed assessment of public satisfaction, a rating of institutions based on criteria such as technical equipment, accessibility and convenience of the work schedule.

The center also announces a separate open competition to study public opinion on the assessment of the socio-economic situation of the region by the population. It is planned to spend more than 693 thousand rubles on it. The results of the open competition will be announced on August 19, 2025.
