This project proposes to approve the list of requirements for certain types of goods (works, services) purchased by customers for federal purposes.
In turn, to February 1, 2015 on the basis of this list, the federal government, controls the state budget funds of the Russian Federation will have to approve the departmental list of goods (works, services) purchased by them and their territorial agency and subordinate institutions and enterprises in under the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL. In the departmental list should contain requirements for quality, consumer characteristics, other characteristics (including marginal prices) of goods (works, services).
In Economic Development of Russia held an enlarged meeting chaired by Deputy Minister of Economic Development Eugene Yellin to discuss the transition to electronic procedures for identifying suppliers (contractors,) for state and municipal needs.
