SUE RT " Procurement Development Center RT" held the seminar for suppliers by 44-FL

The seminar for suppliers on the theme "Participation in the procurement by the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 №44-FL" About the contract system in the sphere of procurement, works and services for state and municipal needs "" was held on August, 14 in Kazan.

  Seminar was organized by the State Unitary Enterprise " Procurement Development Center RT with the support of the State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.

  The seminar was attended by representatives of suppliers for state and municipal needs, as well as companies planning to participate in public procurement. Among them are organizations that specialize in construction, manufacturing and technical equipment, insurance, wholesale trade, representatives of the sectors of food, light industry and other sphere of activity of Kazan and Tatarstan regions.

  The lecturers are representatives of the State procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan and Direction of FAS RT, which told the participants about the main provisions and innovations, as well as on the practice of 44-FL: work contract service customers; how to identify suppliers; typical errors in applications procurement participants; order execution, performance and changes to the contract; advantages for certain types of providers; as well as the administrative, judicial practice, and how to protect participants in the procurement of their rights and legitimate interests. During the seminar, participants heard the explanation of the legislation and the answers to your questions.

  According to a survey conducted among the students, 100% of participants said about the effectiveness of the knowledge and skills, clear and comprehensive presentation of the material delivered by experts. Attendees of the seminar unanimously expressed the view that the knowledge and skills acquired in the course of this seminar will be useful in their work.
