Approved the list of foreign goods of light industry, which is forbidden to buy in order to ensure federal needs.

On September 1, 2014 shall come into force on Government Decree of 11.08.2014 N 791. This Decree approves the list of foreign goods of light industry (except for goods from the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan), the purchase of which the customers for federal purposes is prohibited. In the above list are included the fabric, clothes, shoes.

In addition, fixed set additional requirements to the participants of such purchases. Provide for the need to use in the manufacture of goods or materials semi-finished products, originating in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan. This requirement should also be included in the notice of the customer in the purchase of these products from a single supplier.

The exceptions are cases such goods, materials or semi-finished products are not produced in these areas, which should be confirmed by opinion issued the Ministry of Industry of Russia.
