The draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation with a list of certain types of goods (works, services) in respect of which shall be determined by the demands on their performance

This project proposes to approve the list of requirements for certain types of goods (works, services) purchased by customers for federal purposes.

In turn, to February 1, 2015 on the basis of this list, the federal government, controls the state budget funds of the Russian Federation will have to approve the departmental list of goods (works, services) purchased by them and their territorial agency and subordinate institutions and enterprises in under the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL. In the departmental list should contain requirements for quality, consumer characteristics, other characteristics (including marginal prices) of goods (works, services).

In addition, the project establishes criteria for the selection of certain types of goods (works, services) purchased for federal purposes, as well as the shape of the departmental list.
