Seminar for suppliers by 44-FL and 223-FL"Participation in procurement for state and municipal needs, certain types of legal entities" is transferred from 22-23 September on 25-26 September 2014.

The Government proposes to allow the Crimean region not to apply the law "About the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" before January 1, 2016. The Draft Law on Economic Development that is situated on a single portal of information disclosure on the preparation of legal acts.
