Economic Development Ministry has drafted amendments to the Law on Public Procurement. This is one of the first measures to implement the government's anti-crisis plan, approved by the end of January, according to a memorandum to the bill. According to the draft, producers under state contracts worth 10 billion rubles and a maturity of three to seven years, will be able to rely on state guarantees.
