Explained that the term of the contract provision does not include the warranty period

Russian Ministry of Economic Development indicated that the customer must install the documentation for the purchase of the term of the security of the contract, taking into account the period of performance of the principal obligation.
The warranty period shall not be included in the term of the named software. Exceptions are cases where the contract for performance of work provided that the contractor provides a guarantee in respect of the objects created as a result of the execution of this contract.
