Russian Ministry of Economic Development explained the order of counting volume of purchases from small business entities and socially-oriented non-profit organizations

According to the agency the amount of purchases from small businesses entities and socially-oriented non-profit organizations (SMEs and SONO), the customer must be determined by the total value of the contracts. This position is expressed in the Letter of Ministry of Economic Development of Russia from 31.12.2014 N D28i-2868.
Recall that due to p. 1, Art. 30 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL share of purchases from SMEs and SONO must be at least 15 percent of the total annual volume of customer.  In the calculation does not include the purchase, the list of which is fixed in p. 1.1 of this Article.
