Russian Federation Government was establishes in public procurement the priority of Russian medical products over foreign

Government Decree of 05.02.2015 N 102 "About establishing the limit admission of certain types of medical products originating from foreign countries, for the purposes of procurement for state and municipal needs"
Now, in the implementation of public procurement bids for the supply of medical products originating from foreign countries (except Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia), will be rejected, provided that participation in the definition of the supplier filed at least two applications meet the requirements for the supply of such products, country of origin is Russia and Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia.
