Such cases include the conclusion of the contract as a result of the competition (electronic auction, request for proposals) only among small businesses and socially-oriented non-profit organizations.
The full list of relevant cases and conditions contained in the draft Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation, developed on the basis article 2.1. it. 96 of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL.
