Russian State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill N 509722-6. According to this document, a list of cases of procurement from a single supplier is proposed to add the case to enter into contracts for the supply of goods, works and services for security intelligence activities (etc., purchase of special technical equipment needed to perform this activity).

The bill of the State Duma of the Russian Federation I.N. Rudenskaya, proposed to the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FL "About the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs" changes that will be sent to transfer all open competitive procedures for the determination of suppliers (contractors, performers) in electronic form.

Order of the Russian Chamber of Commerce from 25.08.2014 N 66 approved the procedure for filling acts examination to determine the country of origin of engineering included in the list of fixed Russian Federation Government Decree of 14.07.2014 N 656. 

Russian Federation Government Decree of 20.09.2014 N 963 "About the implementation of banking support contracts" approved rules for banking support contracts entered into as a result of the procurement in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law of 05.04.2013 N 44-FL.

Developed a procedure for the preparation and placement in the Unified Information System report on procurement from small businesses.
