FAS of Russia has explained the procedure of procurement of financial services customers by 223-FL

According to the antimonopoly authority customers engaged in procurement activities on the basis of the Federal Law of 18.07.2011 N 223-FL, in the purchase of financial services (including at the conclusion of the loan agreement) are required to follow the norms of the laws and regulations on procurement. A similar approach FAS Russia holds in respect of lease agreements concluded.
