The first graduation of students training programs

March 5, 2015 completed training for contract services and contract managers on training program about "Contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs."
As teachers were made by representatives of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan, Department of the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, The Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan, the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, an electronic trading platform etp.zakazrf.ru, ZAO "Bars-Group" (Close Joint-stock Company) the developer of the system "E-shop", academics, representatives of the Popular Front, as well as the company SKB-Kontur.
According to the results of study conducted testing, as a result of successful completion of which the students receive a certificate of advanced training sample set.
Taking into account the relevance of such training, the following refresher course is planned for April this year.

The State Council of Tatarstan discussed the results of the socio-economic development of the republic in 2025. Iskander Bagautdinov, Deputy Chairman of the RT State Procurement Committee, took part in the meeting.
According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, the savings of the republican budget amounted to 1.17 billion rubles, which is 1.6% of the total. In just three months, more than 18,000 contracts worth over 80 billion rubles were signed. Such data was announced at a meeting in the RT State Committee on Procurement.
The Agency has developed a document that establishes a unified approach to verifying customer notifications of contracts with a single supplier. In fact, such notifications are now an independent basis for control in the field of procurement.
