Explained the features of the formation of the contract price by installments payment

According to the Russian Ministry of Finance to postpone the terms of the contract (installment) payment for goods (works, services) do not create an independent credit obligations, but form the contract price and size of the periodic payment on it (if this form of payment provided by the parties). For example, at the conclusion of the contract for the construction work by installments, its initial (maximum) price will take into account both the amount of the payment of the constructed object, and interest for the use of funds in the period installment.
