The Government has provided incentives for small and medium businesses of public procurement

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree №196 dated March 5, 2015, which specifies the cases of exemptions from payment of fines, write-offs, terms and procedure of accounting documents.

Partial cancellation of penalties government contractors actively discussed in the development of anti-crisis plan, aimed at supporting the stability of the system of public procurement. The government noted that the partial write-off of penalties will reduce the financial burden on small and medium-sized businesses, as well as non-profit enterprise social orientation.
